Grants/Donations/Sponsorship Awarded by Watford Rural Parish Council 2019-2024

Every year, WRPC now set aside:
£4,000 each for our local Primary Schools to support our kids in all manner of extra curricular projects and clubs.
£5,000 given to help fund staff and facilities at the Citizens Advice Bureau to provide support for our local community.
Pay for a street crossing Patrol near Warren Dell & Colnbrook Schools on Hayling Road, South Oxhey NB this position is currently not filled

2023/2024

Carpenders Park Horticultural Society
£200 to sponsor their annual event

£1000 to help the community through the cost of living crisis

South Oxhey Foodbank
£1000 to help the community through the cost of living crisis

Ascends Warm Welcome (at All Saints Church)
£500 to help with the costs of Hosting a Warm Space for those who need help during the Cost of Living Crisis

South Oxhey Baptist Church

Herts & Essex Air Ambulance
£1500 donation to help fund their vital emergency service

Excalibur SCU & 14th Watford Scouts
£1700 to purchase camping tents and accessories to keep the scouts warm

Small Acts of Kindness
£3200 to fund Support bags for the Elderly/Vulnerable over the Winter period

£900 to fund a wellbeing area at their land near Kilmarnock Road, South Oxhey
